Hi Harold,
Actually the interview on the Legacy cd is with John McClure, and you might
want to try searching the Berkshire Record Outlet website for it. They
stock cutout and remaindered cds, and that's where I got my copy. The good
thing about Berk is that they stock European (mainly Austrian and
Nederlander) copies of the cds, so you can still get the material even if
it isn't in English packaging.
