You could also use AltaVista's automatic translation service to present
all the English sites in French, German, or Italian. It will translate
one page at a time from English to another language, or vice versa. Of
course, the translation isn't perfect, but it's fast. And if the page is
too long, it does only the first section.

To see the f_minor site in German, use
http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/cgi-bin/translate?lp=en_de&urltext=http%3a%2f%2ferebus%2erutgers%2eedu%2f%7emwatts%2fglenn%2ffminor%2ehtml

Or to get to the front of the translator by itself, use
http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/cgi-bin/translate?

As an example, here is how it translates one of the NLC French pages into
English:

Biographical note

Born in Toronto (Ontario), Glenn Gould begins the training from the music
as of the three years age with his mother like first professor. He
continues his studies in Toronto Conservatory of Music with professors
Alberto Guerrero for the piano and Frederick C Silvester for the organ.
Prodigiously endowed, it receives its diploma " Associate " of the
academy in October 1946. Meanwhile, it makes its beginnings as organist at
the time of a recital of the Casavant Company in December 1945 and as
pianist concert performer in May 1946 in a concert of end of the year of
the academy, directed by the head Ettore Mazzoleni. Its career of artist
in concert continues during 18 other years when it is carried out with the
orchestras and the heads most prestigious: Philharmonic of New York
(Bernstein), Berlin (Karajan), Concertgebouw with the Festival of Salzburg
(Mitropoulos), Symphony orchestra of London (Krips) etc. in 1964, it put
fine with its career of artist of concert to himself devote almost
entirely with recording (at Columbia), with production of documentary
radiophonic and televise as with publication of writing in which it
explain, inter alia, the characteristic of its style pianistique.
Fascinated by the recording in studio, the artist exploits of them the
technological possibilities with a still unequalled degree in the musical
world called " traditional ". Gould composes some works of which three
are published. He is also an author of transcriptions for piano which
transcend the simple pianistic reduction by their subtle and original
design. In spite of and especially since its death, in 1982, the character
Gould fascine always as much: two settings in nomination (posthumous) for
Grammy Award of best interpretation, creation of Glenn Gould Society in
Holland and Price Glenn Gould by Glenn Gould Memorial Foundation.
