[F_MINOR] Admin changes

Hello All,

I'm in the process of updating some f_minor features.  You'll now notice
that each header of e-mail sent from the list now contains the marker:
[F_Minor].  This will help you identify e-mail from the list and filter
it if that function is supported in your email reader. Other helpful
changes will follow.

You can change your personal user preferences by visiting the F_Minor
listserv (admin software) page at:
http://email.rutgers.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=f_minor&A=1

The big news is that Anne Marble has agreed to take on the role of
"co-listowner" which means that she will be around to keep peace, spark
conversation and answer general questions.  I will maintain list
ownership which means that I will do all of the above along with the
technical admin of the list.  Anne will be a great asset to our
community and I want to thank her for taking on this active role!
