Unfortunately, I believe that no complete performance of GG playing the D-minor concerto is available.

However, should you be happy with an audio only version, there are a number of possible choices:

Gould, Bernstein, Columbia S.O. -  Sony SM2K 52 591 -  Sony SMK 60211

Gould, Mitropoulos, Concertgebouw Orchester -  rec. Salzburg, aug. 10, 1958 -  Nuova Era 013.6306  (was also available as  Priceless D15119). 

Gould, Slovak, Academic S.O. Leningrad -rec. Leningrad, my 18, 1957 - CBS 79358  (also available as Melodya LDC 278916;  Sony SMK 52 686)

Of course, all performances are top-notch, but I particularly enjoy the one recorded live (!!) at the  Salzburg Festival with Mitropolous conducting (coupled with Mozart's K.330 sonata and the Goldbergs).  I'm however not sure if it is still available: I bought a copy of the Priceless versiona couple of years ago in Zürich, Switzerland.
