I agree with those who
choose GG Salzburg recital as the ONE. You have there 4
composers ordered in an "inapropiated" way (imagine :
Salzburg 1959 , in the same night Schonberg in between
Sweelinck and Mozart), in a recording "live" (what GG later
refused ), with a very nice Gouldberg variations. It is unique
indeed.
Surely,it is a pitty
we can't hear the encores. What had had GG chosen for that
evening?
