Re: a spectre is haunting F_Minor

oh elmer,

this is one funny message.

Perhaps you should sell the record to the Cage fan and be rid of it.

It is a way to get your 14 bucks back.

Or perhaps you secretly enjoy having that record in your house and holding
onto your burning Cage rage. :)

PS (anyone see a connection between Gould's radio documentaries,
specifically his use of conversation as music/art, and Cage's own highly
democratic acoustic art?

For those who may be interested, Germany's radio station WDR 3 has a weekly
show of acoustic art, the English home page is at
http://www.wdr.de/radio/wdr3/sendungen/stukun/index_e.html. It use to be
aired during the weekday evenings, but is now on at 2300 Satuday.

Don't get too upset with them for linking Cage and his ilk with Gould, but
they've been known to do the world a service and play Gould's Solitude
Trilogy on the program. The show has a great sounding name in German:
Studio Akustische Kunst
