Cage's 4'33'' plus 45 seconds and a chair

Anybody else out there have the suspicion that in 32 Short Films about Glenn
Gould that François Girard
in the 45 seconds and a chair section, invention No.13 In A BWV 784 in which
the camera slowly moves towards Colm while he's sitting completely still and
yet that invention is playing like mad, is making an allusion to Cage's
4'33''?

Can even a slight connection be made between Gould's renunciation of the
concert stage and Cage's controversial piece?
