Tower Sale

Hello Fminor,

Tower Records is currently having a little sale online (perhaps in stores as
well) on all its Sony CDs.  Any purchase of a Sony CD will also net you a
free CDROM on Bach which spotlights their artists.  This disc however may
just be a copy of their on-line interactive sight, which isn't much.

Most of Gould's recordings are on Sony, and the slight sale has them at 15
dollars on average.
Yo-Yo Ma is also on their label.
Sony is responsible for reprinting the early early-music label SEON, which
includes recordings by Gustov Leonhardt.
Murray Perahia is also with Sony, and he just released a set of the
Goldbergs, on sale at tower for 15 dollars.  Amazon has it for 16.50.
Someone at Amazon gave this recording a big thumbs down.  Anyone out there
heard it?


The Gould Variations at Tower is selling for the single disc price of 15
dollars.  Come one, someone else out there buy a copy.  Don't let me be the
only sucker.
