Yes; it just depends what you want to aim at the middle C#. A (blunt!)
stick or pen in the mouth has a decent chance of success, if the audience
doesn't laugh. Or if "nobody will know," take the C# up an octave with the
right thumb.
I think on Moroney's recording he "punched that note in" with an overdub.
