According to a note in The Selected Letters, Gould used the Yamaha for the
Haydn Sonatas as well.  I'm not sure how well that note can be trusted
though, because it says the Haydn Sonatas and the Goldbergs were his last
recordings, which isn't true, there being at least some Beethoven and
Strauss after the Goldbergs.  What they mean, probably, is that those discs
were the last released in his lifetime.
