GG: New articles
In case you don't check daily, Sony's GG news section has links to two
articles that appeared in Canada's Globe & Mail this week in commemoration
of The Birthday.
One, "The Gould Rush" is a blanchingly honest (and to my ears a little
exaggerated) piece about GG's personal life and the hadj that fans make to
do the Gould Memorial Waltz through Toronto.

The second "The Pianist with the Machine-Gun Touch" is a scorching little
review of Gould's interpretations of assorted works. Obviously the writer
is a fan... but he gives no bonus points for eccentricity.

Happy reading.

PS - And in case you're keeping score at home... The Gould IRC room was
empty last night.
