This recording was released by an Italian bootleg outfit a few years back. It was coupled with an excellent Beethoven third concerto with Gould and Karajan. I agree the Bach is a really nice recording with more traditional tempo for the first movement.
If you can find the Beethoven 3 with Karajan, check it out. I liked this performance better than the studio release with Bernstein a few years later.

Hi All,
The Concertgebouworkest relaesed the third part of the anthology
(1960-1970). It contains a recording of the Bach D minor concerto by Gould
and Mitropoulos. I think this recoring is unreleased yet. It is a radio
recordign of which Sony doesn't own the publishing right. It's a really nice
recoring wioth tempi well above the studio recording or the petersburg
recording.
