GG adjusting the piano

There are many stories of Glenn Gould driving piano technicians and the
people at Steinway crazy over adjusting his piano. Andrew Kazdin opens his
book "Creative Lying"  with a tale about the "hiccups" in the Inventions
recording.
There is a book out with some of his letters.  In some of these letters he
writes of his frustration over getting his piano regulated "properly".
According to my tuner many of GG's ideas were good from a pianist's point of
view, but not practical from a technician's view.
