GG RE: Howard Scott <query>
I got a snail mail address of Howard Scott
and sent him a letter but no reply so far.
I quote some of the questions I asked Howard Scott.
Could anyone answer any of them on behalf of him?:
>>Being the producer of the Italian Concerto,
>you are not only one of the most important casts in the film,
>but also one of the precious witnesses of Glenn Gould.
>Let me ask you some question on the recording scene of
>the piece in the film (GG *On* the Record).

>Q1. Besides GG, there were at least four people in the
>control room of the 30th Street Columbia Studio.
>Could you please give their formal names and
>their job titles respectively?

> A. Howard Scott, producer (it is you!);
> B. a man who might have been in front of the tape deck;
>with a cigarette between the fingers of his left hand (is he
>a recording engineer?)
> C. a man in front of the mixing console with moustach and a necktie,
> who had his shoulders massaged and
> was most probably be called "Fred"(is he a mixer, controlman?)
> D. a man behind "Fred" who massaged "Fred'"s shoulder

>Q2. Is the photographer who took photos of Gould during
>an intermission Don Hunstein?

>Q3. If you don't mind, could you give me your brief CV
>including your birth year, your career at CBS, etc.?

>Q3a. I am sure you made a lot of recordings with many
>faimous artists. Could you name some of them?
>Among such non-Gouldian recordings, what do you think

Thank you in advance.
