    I'm not aware of any session pictures from the Eaton Auditorium
    surviving, which show mic placements.

The 1970 Bruno films are shot in large part in Eaton Auditorium.  I
don't remember microphones in particular (sorry, I'm not an audio guy :),
but surely they were there.

There's also footage of the famous Sibelius (was it Sibelius? I think so)
experiment where GG moved the mikes way around the room to get the right
wash and match the music, etc.
