Thank you for replies.

I have found a recent article of *The Globe and Mail*
dated Saturday, July 11, 1998 on Anna Russell!!

"Diva of the classical send-up" by Pearl Sheffy Gefen:

The article is a short biography of her.  Very interesting.
She now lives in the Toronto suburb of Unionville,
on a street named Anna Russell Way.

Apparently the article appeared because Sony Classical will release
two of her discs soon, including the famous "Anna Russel, Encore(?)".

She might have appeared on the afternoon of last Saturday at the
Classical Record Shop in Hazelton Lanes.  Is it a shop in Toronto?

BTW, I ordered some of her CD's and a VHS video at an on-line shop.
I am looking forward to listening/seeing them.
