Dear Fellow F-minorians,
I just purchased Kevin Bazzana's
book about our hero. $69.95 Australian with "free" CD. I
wish I'd had the opportunity to purchase the book without the free CD -(I have
no problem with its content, just its price, although it's
"free"). Is this nonsense perpetrated elsewhere in the
world? T
