GG: noises in the recording (1) Meistersinger

A Japanese composer, Mr. Norihiko Wada,
once wrote an article
on the noises in the recordings of GG
("Glorious Growling Gould"[in Japanese],
in *Guren Gurudo Daikenkyu*
[Glenn Gould Studies], Tokyo: Shunjusha, 1991).

In the article, he points out various noises you catch
in the GG recordings.

Mr Wada has such incredible ears that he found
even the duet of GG humming in the Meistersinger Prelude,
the transcription GG used four hands by way of the multi recording:

6:13 (138 bar): start four hands
6:39 (149 bar): start duet humming
(lasts about five seconds for two bars)
(one GG hums at A flat and the other at D)
                     207.4 Hz 146.7 Hz

N.B. The timing may be different: it depends
on the first *Japanese* release,
"Glenn Gould plays and conducts Wagner".

Well, I don't know it is worth catching, but just for curiosity . . .
