As far as I have ever read, he never performed the work. I know there are
no recordings. Try Backhaus and Schnabel instead. Unfortunately, Kempff
never recorded it. He did, unlike Backhaus and Schnabel did record the
Goldbergs. A very quiet recording with many of the trills removed (by the
pianist, not the composer). Worth getting to know, but it may take a while
to appreciate it.
