Lori,

I suggest you try my fave video catalogue, Facets of Chicago to see if
they have a copy of _GG: A Portrait_.  I saw in their last edition
that they carried it and if they don't have it-- I don't know where
you could order it, though it *is* still available in some major
music/video stores in the NYC area...
