GG: Other pianists?

OK, this may well be anathema -- so go ahead, shoot me down -- but does
anyone out there like Bach played on piano by *anyone* other than GG? If
so, whom? At the insistence of various friends I've tried a number of other
pianists. The only one I can say that I have enjoyed -- who hasn't sounded
either dull or pedestrian or too romantic or too dramatic or too loud or
not dry enough in tone or any one of a hundred other complaints -- is
Charles Rosen's G'bergs. Oh, and sometimes Brendel (who I've always thought
looks like a kind father figure). Offers?
