Orlando Gibbons

Hi, everyone!

In the Consort of Musicke, I always felt Gould played The Italian Ground
with a different sort of passion. Yes, of course, I have read Gould's
published statements about Gibbons, but I'm wondering if anyone has seen
anything perhaps unpublished which sheds some more light on his feelings
towards the Tudor composers. His playing on this recording far surpasses,
for me, the same works on the harpsichord.

Was a performance of Byrd or Gibbons ever filmed and if so, where does it exist?
