[F_minor] Gould in Calgary, 1959

I'm looking for some information. Gould played a concert in Calgary,
Alberta on February 2 1959.

I have already:
searched the Gould archives;
http://www.collectionscanada.ca/glenngould/index-e.html

inquired at the Glenn Gould Foundation;
http://www.glenngould.com/foundation.html

inquired at the recital hall's archives;

and discussed the subject with his surviving friends and manager.

I do have strong anecdotal support.... but as you can imagine,
memories of a 1959 concert are a little fuzzy on the details.
Specifically, I'm looking for the program. It's quiet possible that
he was playing similar repertory to other concerts in spring 1959.
If anyone has any information, I'd be eternally grateful.
