who performed the heroine of GG's favorite film

on December 20, 2006, at the age 76.

Kyoko Kishida was one of the most popular, attractive
and highly individualistic Japanese actresses.
She performed in various films and TV dramas,
and gained high reputation, but, moreover, 
Japanese people loved her soft and mysterious voice
for Moomintroll (Moomin) when the work of Tove Jansson 
was made into animation for the first time in Japan in 1969-70.
Kyoko and her voice are unforgettable.
