[F_MINOR] List migration
All,
On 4/4/06 the software that powers f_minor will change (from listserv to
Mailman for the technically curious). You will have to do nothing--
your email addresses will be added to the new software. The archive will
be available as usual but it is possible there may be some different
features or a change in the look. Otherwise there will be few visible
changes to you. We don't anticipate any downtime for the list.
