GG: Timothy Findley (1930-2002)

Dear all,

I would like to report with my sincere condolences that
the distinguished Canadian novelist and playwright,
Timothy Findley, the author of the novel _The Wars_,
to the film of which GG distributed music,
has died at the age 71.

Indeed, _The Wars_ is a great novel.
It is a must for Gouldians.  Various translations available,
including Japanese.
