I've stumbled on an even better picture of GG at the website of Grigory Sokolov
(a Russian pianist; some say his playing style resembles GG a bit).

is really nice. It looks like an ancient engraving. The lighting suggests
Goethe's Faust or something. GG looks like a damn sorcerer in the image :)
