I will check out the Zhu Xiao-Mer recording.  I was going to ask- I already
have 6 recordings of the Goldberg Variations, is this excessive?  I see from
your post that you would think not!

I agree with you on the Tureck recording.  I have her CDpluscore.  It's most
useful function for me is that you can print out pages.  I use these to mark
things so that I can keep my Urtext clean.

Initially I preferred GG's first recording, but now I favour the 81 version.
