I don't think there is a video with any complete performance of the d
minor concerto.  None of the Sony videos have it at all.  So count
yourself lucky :).

But if sound will do, the live version that was recorded on his Russian
tour has always seemed better to me than the studio version with
Golschman and the Columbia orchestra.  I don't know where Sony stuck it
on its releases, but it should be somewhere.  On the Columbia releases,
it's just in with the other concertos (that were only recorded with the
Columbia).
