another GG sighting with Grimaud

As has happened before, GG pops up several times in the latest interview
with Helene Grimaud (Bernard Jacobson, Fanfare 24:1, Sept/Oct 2000).  The
interview with Andrew Manze (violinist) in the same issue also has quite a
few points about spontaneity, recording, and faithfulness to the music....
