PS: I can't wait to listen to the French Suites again, knowing that Gould is playing with a broken heart as well as a broken piano. That's why the sarabande to the first suite is so sorrowful. It's his requiem for CD 318. I only have CBS Records Masterworks CD of this work. Do the Sony liner notes mention CD 318? Bye, Jim
