If we're talking about the same program (which I have seen only in a
synchronized german version)
and the scene in the zoo, It is the "Fischpredigt des heiligen Antonius von
Padua" (the fish-sermon of Sankt Antonius from Padua) by Gustav Mahler, a
song from "Des Knaben Wunderhorn" that is also quoted in his 2nd Symphony,
third (?) movement.
