A special 1989 publication from Cornelis Hofmann's Glenn Gould Society
contained Eltjo de Lang's "Fugue on Glenn Gould".  The fugue subject is
G(=G) A(=La=L) E(=E) rest (=Nothing=N) rest (=Nothing=N) G(=G) C(=Do=O)
C(=Ut=U) A(=La=L) D(=D).

Also, today on French radio I heard what sounded like a relatively new
song, by what sounded like a Québecoise chanteuse that was about her
romatic reaction to hearing GG play the C-major book 1 prelude. The song
was based on the prelude, and began with the lyric "Quand j'entends
cette prélude de Bach jouée par Glenn Gould..."
