GG: arrowroot biscuits

Believe me, they aren't. I honestly thought that arrowroot biscuits were an
English thing. They're *everywhere* in the UK! I wonder if GG ate them
believing that they hadsome vague mdicinal properties? I know that over
here, there is a tendency to think of arrowroot biscuits as somehow good
for delicate digestions. If, for example, our children are ill, we give
them arrowroot biscuits to eat until such time as they're back to
normal....Beats me why, but I think we must have read the advice somewhere.
Happy munching and listening!
