I was able to get hold of a copy of this CD in Norway in 1990. I had to special order it from Japan; the CD was issued by CBS/Sony Records (before Sony bought CBS classical?), and the catalog number is 46DC 5304/5305 (Two numbers since it's a double album; it does include the Glenn Gould fantasy! (My European issue vinyl version did not)).

Has anyone heard whether or not Sony plans to reissue the "Silver Jubilee
Album" as part of the Glenn Gould Edition?  Also, does anyone know if it has
ever been available on CD?
