GG: Ostwald

See today's NY Times for an obit about Dr. Peter Ostwald, who was a Professor
of Psychiatry and Medical Director of the Health Program for Performing
Artists at U Cal San Francisco.  He recently organized the SF GG symposium,
and delivered a lecture entitled "Glenn Gould as Patient."  A book of his is
forthcoming from Norton entitled _Glenn Gould: Ecstacy and Tragedy of a
Genius_.  Ostwald had been an admirer of Schoenberg, who had visited
the composer in his home.  GG interviewed Ostwald, a friend, about this
experience in his first Schoenberg documentary in 1962.
