I don't have this on LP but checked the open reel tape copy I happened to
pick up when open reel was being phased out years ago.  This version has no
interview, but has four fake reviews of the performance, apparently written
by Gould, instead of typical liner notes.  I don't know if these were
included on the original LP.  My CD copy has only short excerpts of the
"reviews".
