GG: Is it worth reading ?

Hello f_minorers
It's been fairly quiet on this list in the last few days......

But it's Summer, Brazil has unfortuently lost the final, so it's time to get outside, enjoy the weather, grab your CD player and read a good book !

So far I 've read every book available by and about GG (Payzant, Walter, Bazzana, Kazdin, Tim Page's GG Reader, Selected Letters, Stegemann etc). But while looking around at amazon.com I found one book I've not read yet.
It is called "Ecstasy and Tragedy: The Genius of Glenn Gould" by (the late) Peter F. Oswald.
The reviews at amazon were quite mixed so I've got me doubts if  I should buy this one.

Is it worth reading ? Can it keep up with other books (Bazana, Walter etc) or is it just a boring warm-up of GG's (medical) history ?

Have a brilliant day !
Pat
