GG's Wagner transcriptions

Dear f-minors,
		a friend of mine, teacher of piano in a Conservatory, has
asked me to inquire if anybody knows about the availability of the
partitions of GG's Wagner transcriptions.  Have they been published, and,
if yes, by whom?   Or is it possible to obtain copies for performance from
the National Library?

Also, has anybody listened to the recent CD of  Bach Partitas by Perahia?
The tuning of the piano seems a bit odd to me: perhaps a not so equal
temperament, in line with Bach's times?
