Concert drop-out CBC record

About ten years ago, I bought a LP which was called "A Concert Drop-out" or
similar. I lost it shortly after... 
It contained an interview with GG, and some performances. I especially
remember GG stylizing on a Bach fugue. "-You can play it in this way
(plays), or in this way (re-plays but radically different)" . Very
interesting document.

I believe the LP was made by CBC and that the cover was light blue...
Any ideas of where I can find it (or rather - does anyone know if there is a
CD made of this?).
