RE: GG FW: <inquiry> Bernstein/Gould pfm in April 1962

Project Archivist named Rich Wandel of NY Philharmonic
replied to my inquiry on the Gould/Bernstein performance
of Brahms D minor concerto in April 1962:

  The concert dates were:
  Apil 5 (8:30 PM), April 6 (2:15 PM) and April 8 (3:00 PM), 1962.

In addition to the Brahms they played:
Nielsen: Maskarade Overture (conducted by John Canarina),
and Nielsen: Symphony No. 5 (Bernstein conducting).

The recorded broadcast is the one from April 6th.

They do not have the timings for the various performances.

Rich Wandel did not give me any "evidence" that the broadcast date
was April 6th. So I wrote to him again for verification, waiting for
another reply. If it was the case, Bernstein made a mistake saying
the recording one was the faster performance, that is, the one
on the 8th.
