Yes, that's an excerpt from one of the 15 or 16 videos from Sony's Glenn Gould Collection. I believe that's the same instrument he recorded the Haendel on after CD318 took its tumble off the Eaton's loading dock in the early 70s if I remember correctly. The Wittmayer harpsichord, a kit instrument, which came on loan from a choir master in Toronto, was used because it came closest to the dimensions of a grand piano GG was used to playing. GG caught some flak for using this harpsichord due to its limitations in registration and sound.
