Re: [F_MINOR] Glenn Gould Collectibles

I think I could resist all Gouldiana -- except his wonderful winter long
scarfs. Maybe he only had one. Where has it gone? I would sell my soul for
it.

About two months ago, a Republican congressman was speaking in the House of
Representatives and defending President Bush's economic record. He claimed
labor statistics have failed to credit the Bush-era labor force with 200,000
new American jobs -- the 200,000 Americans who, he claimed, now make a
full-time living trading on eBay.

Making steel in Pittsburgh is History. Burgerflipping at Wendy's is so 1998.

eBay mouse-clicking is The Future.

Elmer
(who does his winters in a 6-foot long multicolored BBC-certified Doctor Who
scarf that his late Mom knitted for him)
