In response to Matthew's question about wher eto order CDs in Canada, try HMV. I'd try the biggest one in the closest major city to where you are living. They are usually pretty good for ordering out, if necessary, and the prices are good. The HMV in Montreal is huge, as is the one in Toronto, and both carry more than ample selections of Gould recordings, so this one should be no toughy to come by. Just thought I'd pass the idea along
