As for the Kazdin book,
Japanese translation is available:
*Guren Gurudo atto waku: souzou no uchimaku*
tr. by Susumu Ishii, Tokyo: Ongakunotomosha, 1993.


The translation is fairly reliable and 
shares virtually the same atmosphere with the original.
