Well, I found it by searching for subject "Glenn Gould" at www.amazon.com.
It was the only one that came up I hadn't heard of.

I bought it, sigh, and found it, as others have remarked,
an excellent example of American academic writing :-(.
I'm sure she had some penetrating observations to make,
but they were lost on me.

The thesis Mary Jo mentioned a few weeks ago sounded better.
Haven't gotten that one yet, though.
