Apparently it is available on the www! At the URL http://pubweb.nexor.co.uk/public/mac/archive/data/sound/soundutil/index.html you can download two programs called "eartrainer" and "eartraining 2.0". The summary says "Practice intervals, chords, scales on the way to perfect pitch." Too bad this wasn't available sooner... Andrew Kazdin might have been able to beat GG at his own game! :-)
