appeared as a bonus record along with a three other LPs as part of a box
set titled: The Glenn Gould Legacy. Vol 1. J.S. Bach, published in 1983
under Columbia MasterWorks

Strange: on the back all recordings are listed as mono?! (Has anyone else
seen this?)
